Leading cosmetics brand BOBBI BROWN asked us to devise an interactive brand experience to reward valued customers and attract new clients at their Selfridges concession in London’s Oxford Street. Crucially, we were asked to both create images that complimented Bobbi Brown’s own exacting beauty standards, and to ensure that our presence in the store blended in seamlessly.

Our in-house team created a fully-branded custom photobooth using vinyl graphics, which blended perfectly with our client’s stand. We also provided an in-store photographic retoucher at an adjacent workstation, whose job it was to create an additional, further enhanced, fine art print of each the customer’s favorite booth image. These prints were presented to customers in bespoke Bobbi Brown branded print wallets.

The Bobbi Brown booth in Selfridges was an instant success with customers and staff alike. A marked increase in sales combined with very positive customer responses to the engaging photo experience. The promotion was then successfully rolled out to additional Bobbi Brown outlets in 7 different locations: Bluewater and Westfield Shopping Centres, Edinburgh and Glasgow, and their Duty Free concessions in Dublin, Heathrow and Munich Airports.
