To mark the 20th anniversary of their famed Tiempo football boot, global sportswear giant Nike launched a new collection of specialist Tiempo products. They wanted a fully interactive photographic experience that placed the public at the heart of their exciting brand campaign.
To kick-off, Nike held a live event at Shoreditch Park in London, where future football stars were joined by hip-hop duo Rizzle Kicks and Chelsea and England legend Ashley Cole. The Republic of Photography had an exclusive team of photographers present to capture all the goalmouth action.
The star-studded event then moved over to Hoxton Studios, where a Q&A with Ashley Cole was followed by a special campaign photoshoot developed and delivered by our creative team.
The resulting portraits were lit, shot and designed to exactly match the official images from the classic Tiempo campaign. Guests found themselves transformed into great-looking Nike brand representatives. Everyone got involved in the stunning photoshoot, using our in-built social media facilities to upload their shots instantly to Facebook and Twitter.
